2. Advanced Alien Technology

What would it look like if humans were the ones on an alien planet in their version of Area 51?

The year is 2027 an asteroid is about to hit the earth imminently

Elon Musk decides the only way to save the human race is to cryogenically freeze the best the world can offer and send them into space.

With the help of the NSA, he finds the descendants of historical greats to give humans the very best chance of starting again

- Pericles for Democracy

- Alexander the Great for Strength and Security

- Socrates for Philosophy

As luck would have it they are all located in one village somewhere in the heart of Greece - Wasting no time he assembles a team to build a rocket onsite and send them to space post haste - with only very basic instructions

These are great people, but stereotypical villagers who are as far from κοσμοπολίτης as you can find

Elon stays on earth valiantly trying to save it to the very end!

Our villagers eventually reach a highly advanced alien civilisation, who much like our own governments would keep their very existence a secret from their populations.

The exchange of information begins with the tale of the great "Κρίση"
